This brand new 4 bedroom 3.5 bath custom home is excellent for families, business people, and convention attendees. Additional sleeping space is provided by the large upstairs loft.
As you enter Castillo Cristal, you are greeted by a very large space which encompasses the dining room, family room, kitchen and incorporates an upstairs game room as well. This combined space is accented by a very high celing, leading to an exceptionally open and spacious feeling. This is a great home for groups and families as there is plenty of room for everyone, yet at the same time, provides closeness and comeraderie. The upstairs game room, which also serves as the 5th sleeping area, includes a pool table/ping pong table and a shuffleboard game as well.
This new home is decorated with modern designer touches. All bedrooms at Castillo Cristal feature quality furnishings. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen television, and a large and luxurious private bath with shower room and large walk-in closet. This room has direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have private access to a bathroom. Sleep in comfort on Serta Luxury Pillowtop mattresses and 600 - 1000 thread count Egyptian cotten sheets.
The backyard is a great space for relaxing or entertaining guests. The pool features a freeform design with beach entry, a slide and even a grotto with a waterfall flowing from above. In addition to the custom pool, there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy our great Las Vegas weather. There is a nice patio space with barbeque, an above ground spa as well as an elevated patio area which overlooks the entire backyard and affords a tremendous view of the valley below.
